Playing Chords

Click on a diagram to hear the chord voicing! When you right click on a diagram, you will see a menu for different ways to play a chord.

The menu has the following options:

• Play Chord: plays all the notes together.
• Play Quick Arpeggio: plays notes in quick succession.
• Play Arpeggio: slowly plays notes in succession.
• Play Arpeggio and Chord: a combination of options 3 and 1.

ChordMate will play the chord on the virtual guitar that you choose from the Guitar menu or toolbar. When you click on a diagram, ChordMate will play the chord using the last playing style (chord/arpeggio/etc) you selected. The initial default setting is a quick arpeggio.
